Refund & Return Policy

At The Pet Merch, we want you to love your purchase. However, since all our products are made-to-order through our fulfillment partner Printful, we are only able to accept returns or offer refunds under specific conditions. Please read the policy below before placing your order.

1. Made-to-Order Policy

All products in our store are created just for you as soon as you place an order. Because of this we do not accept returns or exchanges due to buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change of mind.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will be happy to issue a replacement or refund. To qualify, please follow these steps:

✅ Reporting a Problem:

• Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order

• Send an email to Team.ThePetMerch@gmail.com with the following:

  • Your Order Number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • A brief description of the issue

We’ll review the claim and notify you of the outcome as quickly as possible. If approved, we’ll initiate a replacement order or refund at no cost to you.

3. Printful’s Role

We work with Printful for fulfillment, printing, and shipping. Any replacement or refund request due to manufacturing issues is handled through Printful’s internal process. You can view their full return policy here:

4. Non-Returnable Situations

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for:

• Incorrect size selection by the customer (please refer to sizing charts carefully).

• Orders not claimed or delivered due to incorrect address input.

• Minor differences in color or placement due to the printing process.

5. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, the order enters the production phase and cannot be changed or canceled.
