Each order goes through two stages: fulfillment and shipping.
Fulfillment Time: 2–7 business days
This is the time it takes for Printful to print, pack, and prepare your custom product for shipment.
After fulfillment, your order is shipped using Printful’s global logistics network. Estimated shipping times are:
United States: 3–4 business days
Canada: 4–8 business days
United Kingdom: 4–8 business days
Europe: 4–9 business days
Australia / New Zealand: 5–10 business days
International: 7–20 business days
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on destination, customs, or carrier delays—especially during peak seasons.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the products in your cart. Some items may ship separately, depending on where they are fulfilled.
Once your order is fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Orders are shipped via reliable third-party couriers such as USPS, Canada Post, DHL, and local postal services, depending on your location and Printful’s closest fulfillment center.
We currently ship worldwide. However, customs and import taxes may apply depending on your country. The Pet Merch is not responsible for delays or additional fees due to customs processing.
