3. Order Processing and Shipping

• Processing Time: Orders typically take 2–7 business days to fulfill.

• Shipping Time: After fulfillment, shipping times vary depending on your location (usually 3–7 business days for U.S./Canada).

• Tracking: Tracking numbers will be provided once your order is shipped.

• Delays: We are not responsible for delays due to external factors (e.g., customs, postal service disruptions, or high-demand periods).

4. Returns & Refunds

Since our items are custom-printed, all sales are final unless:

• The product arrives damaged or defective.

• The wrong item is sent.

To request a return or replacement:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
